CarGiant implement Multi-Zone QMS

CarGiant have been using a hardware QMS supplied by Lonsto since 2001 and recently embarked on a major upgrade to their existing and new locations at the Scrubs Lane Site. Working closely with the existing users and management team, our objective to centralise all data to various manager PCs for Live and Post Operations reporting.

An element of customisation was required to help CarGiant achieve its objectives in resource allocation and monitoring for each zone to manage visitor demands. Improvements were made upon the overall service delivery strategy and included the installation of professional monitors with customised digital signage and in-store advertising using Stino iChannel.
