Private Sector
Chemists & Pharmacies

The simple yet effective Lonsto ticketing system have been used within chemists and pharmacies since the 1970s. Two tickets of the same number are issued, one is retained by the pharmacist and the other is given to customer until the prescription is ready. This enables customers to sit down and relax or browse around the store or surrounding amenities. The longevity of systems are a testament to their success over the years.

Retail pharmacies now deploy LCD and TFT display Queue Management Systems, that inform customers of their place in the queue at the bottom of the screen, whilst providing the opportunity to advertise products and promotions.

Lonsto has founded successful partnerships with customers within the healthcare sector. The complex queuing requirements in healthcare environments, from small environments like chemists and pharmacies to large hospital buildings can be catered for with relative ease.
