- The PCQMS statistics package is tailored to meet all client requirements with regards to data capture through thorough consultancy. Managers are given the ability to schedule reports and retrieve reports, just select your desired report. - What is your entry level ticket queue management system?
- RD90 display system: A single system copes with a single queue using a pre-printed ticket dispenser. Multiple systems can cope with multiple queues by using differently coloured pre-printed tickets and dispensers. RD90 can manage two to three queues and you can also deploy multiple displays with this system those have built in sounders to alert next customers via call forward system.
Customers are notified that it is their turn when staff members activate hard-wired or radio frequency push buttons. LED monitor push buttons can be used giving visual feedback to the operator. This is a low cost effective system coping with simple queue management needs. Separate high performance controller:
A single system can cope with a single or multi-queues. One can use a low cost pre-printed ticket dispenser or can use a ‘print on demand’ intelligent ticket dispenser. Multiple queues can be catered for on a single system. Intelligent ticket dispensers can have multi push buttons issuing tickets tailored for individual queues.
Call forward system can be achieved by RF push buttons if caller can see the display or through keypads which displays complete system to operator. Sound is available in chime and pre-recorded male and female voice versions.
