Rodger founded Lonsto in January 1970 and introduced Queue Management Systems to the UK. Also founded Dudrich (holdings) Limited, property owners / developers. In addition, various other trading names / trusts owned by the Dudding family. Group assets circa £200 Million. Rodger enjoys collecting Classic Cars and Motorcycles, which are all displayed in the Dudding Toy Cupboard showroom located in Potters Bar, Hertfordshire.

Jacki joined Lonsto in 1990 and handles all finance matters for Lonsto together with all the property companies/entities own by Mr. Dudding (aka RD). She is married to Andrew and they share their home with the other love of her life, Oscar who is a (very spoilt) 18 month old Glen of Imaal Terrier.

Business Development
Joined Lonsto 10 months ago to help reposition the company and provide the ideas behind the next decade of growth. An engineer and sales professional Richard looks after all things new at Lonsto ! Relaxes at home spending time with his wife and 9 year old daughter, dismantling, cleaning and rebuilding his collection of Ducati motorcycles and hacking around the local golf course.
Bhupendra Kara BA Hons
Sales and Marketing
Bhupendra joined Lonsto 5 years ago and works in the Sales and Marketing Department exploring new and innovative tools for both Lonsto and its Customers. Bhupendra also looks after our domestic sales campaigns and international agent network. Bhupendra is an avid sports fan and follows football and cricket, unfortunately, he is a Liverpool FC fan who likes to travel and scuba dive.
Aidan Boyce BSc. Applied Computing
Systems Manager
Aidan has been with Lonsto since early 2006 and looks after the internal computer systems. He writes a bit of code, likes getting his hands dirty, but hates printers. His favourite animal is the penguin.
