Combined with the Lonsto ticket printer software, users can enter key information associated with the ticket number and then issue the ticket for the correct queue or specific member of staff.

Ticket Issue:
- Receptionist enters details of Customer, selects type of Service and/or Person to generate a sequential ticket.
- A provision for Emergency/Priority Customer is available
- Information printed on ticket:
- Customer Name
- Customer Relationship ID Number
- Ticket Number
- Average Waiting Time (managing Customer expectation)
- Position in Queue
- Additional Information (where applicable)
Once ticket is printed the patient can sit down in the waiting area.
