Keypads are used when there are requirements for a number of services and the analysis of statistical information and trends are important factors in client requirements.
Keypads control the dwell between digit flashes, aspects of the audio sounder and can call numbers out of sequence
The keypad allows a degree of autonomy, so that changing the volume, or type of audio announcer does not require call out services. Simple systems administrations can be controlled in-house, or can be supported over the telephone by our technicians.

Made of clean grey plastic, with easy to read buttons, the keypad is a programmable device that allows the customer full operation of the mid and top level systems.
Keypads control the volume of the audible call forward. It can alter the audio format from a ding-dong to a male or female voice. Device controls the visual format of the display panels, how long the digits flash for when incremented, and the dwell time between flashes.
Settings can be pre-programmed, so the categories can be recorded by type of enquiry, and statistics generated can be tailored to specific requirements.
