PCQMS™ is a software system that has a unique method of data capture. The system creates statistical information by integrating the use of key hardware components. Information is captured and displayed in real time.

The program has a control panel that shows the current status of service times. Software can be configured to meet personalised requirements. A remote help system can also be installed, allowing a trouble shooting capability from our offices.
 

PCQMS software ensures that statistics are gathered and analysed to improve the efficiency of front-end services. The system provides the information required to gain extra funding and to fulfil service targets.
