When the ticket number is displayed on an Indicator Panel, the customer knows it is their turn to be served.

Ticket Free Queue Management Systems

Ticket free queue management systems operate when a customer joins a waiting in line queue environment, usually to pay for goods or receive services.

The system is usually based upon providing physical barrier system which provides a secure environment to form an orderly queue. This minimises the opportunities for queue jumping and avoid any subsequent queue rage.

When the customer reaches the head of the queue, a high visibility indicator panel and audible sounder directs them to the next free cashier, reinforced by flashing over - counter display units.
