The PCQMS system is the best tool I've ever had. I can see from the software on my computer in my office how many people are waiting in each dedicated queue. If there is a particular busy queue, then I can reallocate another customer team member on to that queue, to help deplete that area. I can also see the amount of time that each team member spends with each visitor. The average query can take anything up to twenty minutes, but if the interview takes longer, then I can see this, and go over to the desk to ensure that everything is in order, and whether I can be of assistance.
