Al Rayan Bank Edgware Road

Al Rayan recently embarked on a new project with Lonsto to help manage customer services at the branch in Edgware Road.

​

Using the principle of a take-a-ticket system and adding intelligence into the background operations, allowed us to explore a more digital solution that best suited the look and feel of the branch.

​

Using our new range of Samsung Counter Displays and Mini Kiosk, coupled with a live TV Feed of Al Jazeera News and QMS Call forward, Lonsto installed a system to manage the customer’s immediate and future needs.

Project Outline:

  • Implement an easy to manage QMS solution

  • Digital Signage Display with Live TV Feed and QMS Call Forward

  • Mini Kiosk wall mounted with customised GUI

  • Secured Wireless Network [used by Counter LCD Screens]

  • 3 x PC Keypads

  • 3 x Over Counter LCD Screens with customised template

  • Queue System Manager Tools

  • Management Reporting with Live Manager Interface
