Appointment

Customers can conveniently book appointments online, using any device.

Waiting area

Customers then wait for their name or ticket number to be called.

Notification

The customer will receive an email and SMS confirming their appointment.

Step 5:

Customer Call Forward

The desk clerk will call forward the customers using our system and the customer will be notified via the flashing digital signage player.

Step 3:

Check In

On arrival, customers can check-in by scanning a QR code or use location settings.

Customer arriving

The customer can then come forward and discuss their needs.

This tool is a separate piece of software which will enable to company to see activity and assess data.
